Been a hard Winter!

As y'all know this has been a hard winter on many levels ! The cold, the snow and the flu! I thought I was gonna be lucky and escape any hard illnesses this year, but I got hit with a respiratory  virus during the Christmas Holiday and that took about 2 weeks to recover from. Then I was feeling really good and contacting some new musicians to interview and dang if I didn't get smacked full face with the flu !  That was a few weeks ago and Im still struggling with a bad chest cough.
I ain't complaining , as it could always be worse, as they say and I am on the mend and looking towards a beautiful Spring !
I contacted Sammy Shelor, as many of you know , is a great guy and world renowned banjo player . To my delight he agreed to be in the book and has been more than gracious with my rescheduling him , due to my illness. Right now, we are winging it and I will be contacting him as soon as this snow goes away and we get a couple of warm days to hang out and take some pictures and chat a spell. 
I hope to launch my Kickstarter ( Or Indegogo) campaign sometimes in the near furore . Trying to figure out my perks (There will be a lot ) and get all the tracks in for the featured CD "Soft Songs for Hard Times ". I think that is gonna be an amazing CD and I thank the musicians who have contributed to it thus far!
