Hey Ya'll ! Gosh we have had some crazy weather with downpours flooding , high winds and chilly temps! But , we know Spring is out there somewhere waiting for us to jump in will all four feet ! HA!
I have had a delay in interviews because of the weather and illnesses from both sides ! But still plan to interview every single person that I have mentioned and that I have promised !
I recently added Martha Spencer to my list and hopefully will also interview her Momma too, as I love to include all Moms and give them the respect and honor they deserve in our musical heritage !
I delivered Eddie Bond's portrait to his wife, Bonnie , recently and found that she is just as natural and gracious as he is ! She even invited me out for a visit this Summer to their home and I plan to take her up on that! Thank you Bonnie!
My sweet daughter ,Cassidy Joy , will be graduating with her Master's in Education on May 7th from JMU and you know I'm proud as punch of her ! We have plans to visit the Biltmore Estate after her huge day and so we will be celebrating Momma Day and her lifetime achievement together ! We are so excited ! We have not been on a trip together in years and we both sure deserve it !! :)

So, I'm looking forward to a whole Summer of interviews and portraits with some of the best mountain musicians God ever created !!
